Visits, Diagnostic Ultrasound, EVLT Endovenous Laser Therapy, Phlebectomy, Ligation, Sclerotherapy, Wound care. For

Pre authorization:
Our services are outpatient procedures that
technically do not require pre authorization; however to avoid any unwanted surprises we suggest you contact your carrier
