Stephen G. Grillot, D.O. FAAFP,
FKAFP Board Certified Family Practice
Dr. Grillot has more than 15 years experience
in General and Family medicine in a Rural setting including ER, OR, and ICU experience and Endoscopic procedures. He is
a Fellow/Member of the American Academy Of Family Practice and the Kansas Academy of Family Practice. Dr.Grillot
continues to have an active ER practice and spreads his time between there and Renovo. Dr Grillot's
experience combined with his vast amount of surgical/procedural knowledge make him the perfect Aesthetic
Medical Director.

Joel T. Erskin, Sc.D., MHA, PA-C Board Certified CardioVascular Surgical Physician Assistant.
Professor Erskin has more than 20 years experience in Cardiac, Vascular, and Thoracic surgery with
more than 5,000 cases. He is a Fellow/Member of the American Academy of Phlebology, American Academy of
Physician Assistants, Association of Physician Assistants in Cardiovascular Surgery, and Society of Air Force Physician Assistants. Since
retiring from the USAF in 2008 Professor Erskin founded and continues to develop Renovo Medical both as
a practitioner and CEO. He holds certificates of training from Sciton,
Allergan, Bioform, and Dallas vein institute, which he utilizes in his second career in Medaesthetic/Varicose
vein treatment. In addition to Renovo, Professor Erskin continues to practice CVT surgery with Dr. Tatpati
and teach Anatomy and Physiology at the college level.
